No. Wellness Rewind is fully online, so all consultations and follow-ups are conducted virtually. Medications will be shipped directly to your home.

What if I need blood work?

You may visit your primary care provider and send us your lab work results or we can order you Blood work directly to Quest labs.

Is telehealth safe and private?

Yes, your privacy and safety are our top priorities. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure your information is confidential.

What states are your services available in?

We currently operate in Florida and Pennsylvania. Please contact us to confirm availability in your state.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our products take 1-2 days to arrive if order is placed during standard business hours. Weekends and holidays could increase arrival time to 3-5 days. Ketamine nasal spray can take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

What if I am not home when my package arrives and it needs to be put in the fridge?

That is okay and there is no need to worry! Our weight loss medications can be out of the fridge with no effect to the medication for 28 days. All of our medications that need to be refrigerated come in cold packs.
