A 1:1 virtual consult will be completed before your treatment plan can be started. This consultation will take between 15-30 minutes depending on your needs. Any medications prescribed need the payment processed before your order will be placed.

Peptide therapy treatments can vary person to person. We will create and tailor your treatment plan as needed to best achieve your goals. Follow-ups appointments are complimentary.

This 1:1 virtual consultation is designed to assess your suitability for intranasal ketamine therapy, a treatment option for conditions such as treatment-resistant depression. During the session, our healthcare provider will:
- Review your medical history and current medications.
- Evaluate your mental health status and treatment history.
- Discuss the potential benefits and risks of intranasal ketamine therapy.
- Determine if this treatment aligns with your health needs and goals.

Please note: payments need to be completed before any prescribed medication orders will be placed.The $50 fee is for the consultation

Please make a note for your reason for needing an urgent care visit to ensure your visit is approved. For urgent care visits we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. If your appointment is booked and we are unable to accommodate urgent visits & other care had to be sought out we will refund you your deposit.

For primary care prescription refills. Please send a note for what prescription needed to be refilled. If we are unable to refill your prescription we will refund you your deposit. You may be required to provide proof of prescription.

If you are on a Wellness Rewind treatment plan and need a follow-up appointment or a refill on your medication choose this appointment option. This consultation is included in your treatment program. If you have not had a follow up or refill in 6 months you will need a new consultion. We will go over and adjust if needed, your progress, dosing, and answer any questions of concerns regarding your treatment. Ketamine therapy follow ups and medication refills. If you lapse treatment for 6 months a new initial appointment is required.
